The most caring and amazing homestay in Sri Lanka ! I booked two nights and ended up for 10 days here , it felt like more than a home ! ❤️‍? Leela and her husband did everything so that I feel comfortable starting from morning with amazing breakfast ?  and coffee available.
Clean and affordable nice rooms , amazing house and garden full of plants .
I can only recommend this amazing place and loving family homestay

Midigama is super nice place to stay and relax , amazing for surfing or just swimming , there is few restaurants with good food .

These people are super kind.
They will take care of anything for you.
The family members are always smiling and making your stay to feel like home.
Large and clean rooms with private bath and AC.
2 mins walk to the lazy surfing spot.
I already miss this place !

I would give king well resort 10 stars if possible. The two owner are the nicest people I met here in Sri Lanka. Made the stay feel like having a home. See you next year!

We made a booking through Agoda, and upon check-in on the 28th of December 2024, the property owner/manager refused to honor the agreed price unless we paid more. This felt extremely suspicious, as it was not the price we had booked through Agoda. They then claimed they no longer work with Agoda, but this is irrelevant to customers—it’s an issue the business needs to resolve with the travel agency. They continued to blame Agoda and told us to figure it out ourselves. I explained that whatever issues they had with Agoda were not our concern; they advertised the price, we made the booking, and that should have been the end of it. Despite this, they still refused to honor the advertised price.

Furthermore, if you check Google or Agoda, they are still advertising on the platform as of today.

This situation caused us significant inconvenience and ruined our holiday, as we had to cancel our plans for the day and scramble to find last-minute accommodation. Fortunately, we were able to find a place nearby that was cleaner, better, and had a much friendlier owner.

The people there are very bad people, we booked on booking.com and went there, we waited for half an hour, they didn't do anything that was written on booking.com. They ask to pay more money and go to the rooms.Asking more than what is shown on booking.com. A son from their country called and told them to pay more for the rooms shown on Booking.com. If you stay in this room without paying more than what is shown on Booking.com, they will call the police and threaten to evict us.The two old men scolded us very badly.
I say no one should go to this hotel.
