Staff try their best to Japanese style hospitality, which they are quite good at. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The free self serve ice cream and cakes were a nice treat though the cakes are little more than flavored whipped cream. The free rental bikes were handy though could use some maintenance. The harbour view we paid for was only visible from the bath room.

I love everything about this hotel. Rooms might be on the smaller side, but their service and complimentary meals are incredibly superb. And their location is perfect- one block away from a metro station, yet it's not right off a busy noisy street. I did encounter a group of elementary school students one night at the dining room. The hotel staff was so good at handling the chaotic situation. I didn't feel the quality of food and service diminished at all.

The double bed is smaller than expected, room is very clean though. The only dessert served is green tea jelly, the light snacks are not available for 24hours, the ice cream, coffee and tea are available for 24hours. Decent breakfast and supper.

Exemplary ! Can't praise this hotel enough. Great local food, clean rooms, very KIND staff, and excellent location. I would have given more than 5 stars if possible.

Awesome place to stay! Room was very clean and nice, shower was perfect very strong pressure and water was hot. Can’t speak on wifi as we used LTE for our trip but full bars for service in the area. Staff is very friendly, bottomless ice cream downstairs etc. Highly recommend!!
