I’m a Taiwanese tourist. This is a very good place to stay. The environment is really good. And the best receptionist I have ever met. He is nice patient and really good at English. Thank you very much. I will come back next time if I come to ikebukuro again.

Good facilities, the room was comfortable and clean, excellent blanket! The showers and toilets were clean and comfortable and the roof has a nice view and it’s a good spot to sit and relax.

I highly recommend this Ryokan. Cozy rooms, very clean. The staff are super nice and helpful. Location is amazing- less than 10 minutes from a central station. Lots of good restaurants around. They also have a privet hot bathtub room which I really enjoyed:)

It is always a pleasure to stay at Kimi every time I return to Japan, now my 7th stay. Kimi is a treasure, very affordable, located 10 minutes from Ikebukuro station, easy to get around and explore the area. Everytime I return I find the shopping becoming bigger and bigger in the area and it changes continuously. There's a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and it is close to the Fun Zone where you can eat your way through. Being Japan, it is meticulously clean and staff are so friendly and helpful. A couple of years ago it opened a cafe in the former lounge area which I miss terribly but it is run by Kimi's business partner who lived in New Zealand for 3 years, learnt roasting the beans and trains his staff well as they produce the best coffee, Melbourne style in Ikebukuro, creamy and rich. It is my little haven in Tokyo.
