Had a great 4-night stay at Kerry Hotel. I was very impressed by the extensive selection at breakfast—plenty of options even for a vegan like me. The gym was the most impressive hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The pool was closed for maintenance so I didn’t get to use it. But the hotel staff did offer to let me use the pool at the neighboring sister hotel if I wanted to. I enjoyed the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room, which were all open (in the gender-specific locker rooms). Loved the rainfall showerhead and deep bathtub in the room. I was having trouble setting up the ride hailing app, but the hotel staff were very helpful and helped me call a cab a couple of times.

Been here for last 10 years and it’s still the best hotel in Beijing. It is the complete package , friendly and accommodating staff members, decent size and modern room , a good variety for breakfast. Small touches: remembered my requests from earlier visits and actively ask if I still need them for this time

A superb hotel! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is grand and conveniently connected to the mall. Location is very central and connected. The gym here is superb! In room dining is prompt and I order half a Peking duck to enjoy. Probably one of the best hotels to stay.

Great service, spacious and clean rooms with nice view and a perfect location to quickly reach city center. Incredible gym and good spa area. Mall with numerous food options within hotel premises which is perfect when traveling with kids. Would 100% come back to this place.
