Here's the updated review: I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making my experience very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The hotel is located near the airport, which is convenient for travelers. While you can occasionally hear the sound of airplanes flying overhead, the room itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful stay. Although the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, there’s a lovely café right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.
I had such a great time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made everything so easy. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfy—perfect for relaxing after a long layover. The location near the airport was super convenient, although I could hear planes outside the hotel, the room was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. There's also a little café right outside, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Definitely recommend this place for the awesome service and cozy vibe!
Value for money. Paying 18€ for a totally decent room(big space, all the amenities needed, good bed and very clean). Only 10’ from the airport. Perfect for 1 night stay waiting for our departure.
Pros: - Great staff - Great Wi-Fi - Hot shower - Excellent AC in rooms?(great treat) - VERY clean rooms - NO BUGS??✅❤️ - Complimentary provided toiletries - Quality, cheap coffee right outside - Easy access to airport and surrounding markets. Cons: - I can’t really even name any. I guess the noise the planes occasionally make when landing and taking off? But tbh it’s not bad at all. Summary: The value for this hotel is incredible. Staff are very hospitable and accommodating. I only know the name of the night shift guy: his name is Daro. The day shift lady is also very nice. Will edit her name in if I get it. Also wish I knew the owner’s name. They all run a great operation. Oh, and a cherry on top are the many stalls right outside. Sugar cane juice stall near entrance charging $0.25 for a cup—delicious. Many other hotels in Cambodia try to charge more, but aren’t nearly as nice. Anytime I am staying in Phnom Penh, I will either stay here or give this place ample consideration. The value this place provides is near-unbeatable from what I’ve seen around Phnom Penh.
I had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Everything in the room looks and smells clean. Great AC ??,and internet connection is good which really helps me with the online meetings I have to do for work. The location is near the airport, and away from the noise of the centre…On my first day, I had and issue with my room key card, but they send assistance right away. It is indeed a great value for money. Thank you, Keang You Boutique. I will stay with you again when I visit Phnom Penh.
