Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station is very close to Tokyo Station itself. If you are travelling and coming into Tokyo via shinkansen or the airport bus, and you need a place to stay nearby, I highly recommend Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station. It is convenient on many levels. The staff speak other languages, including English, and they are very welcoming and explain things very well. Wifi is strong. The amenities were beyond our expectations - we received overnight pyjamas to change into, and skin and face care products to revive our tired-looking faces from our long travel. I booked a decent-sized room for two people, but when we arrived, we got upgraded to a more spacious twin room. Amazing! The room was indeed a little more spacious, and the bathroom was good enough to fit my taller friend. I booked breakfast with our room booking and I highly recommend that you do this when booking at this hotel. They have a simple continental style buffet breakfast from 7am-9am that is super filling and tasty with endless drink refills of coffee, tea, juice. There were hot items like eggs and sausages, cold items like salads and fruit & yogurt. Lots of bread and croissants. Sugoi! There were also many many konbinis and restaurants, izakayas and karaoke places all within a block. It was very welcoming start to our trip in Japan. I would book here again when visiting Japan next time.

Really great location—only about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station and close to another metro line, so getting around was super easy. There are tons of restaurants and sushi bars nearby, plus a convenience store just 50 meters from the hotel, which was really handy. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and check-in was quick. Auto check-out made leaving super smooth. We also loved the free soft drinks and snack bar for guests—such a nice bonus after a day of exploring! Even though the hotel was quite full, the room was surprisingly quiet. We slept well every night with no noise at all. The only downside is that the triple room we booked was really small—barely enough space for three people and luggage, and there wasn’t any view. But overall, it’s good value for money. Clean, comfortable, and super convenient. Perfect if you're looking for a no-fuss place to stay near the heart of Tokyo.

Great price for Tokyo standard and location is unbeatable being 3 to 5 min walk from Tokyo Station. Great for staying last night to get the Narita Express Train from Tokyo Station to the Airport. One of the biggest rooms we had in Tokyo. We (couple) stayed in a king size bedroom with a sofa. The beds were two beds put together but had no problem sleeping on it. They have nice amenities for guests at the lobby.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at among all the places I’ve visited—and that’s saying a lot! The staff are incredibly accommodating and courteous, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the amenities are plentiful. The food is also delicious, with a 24/7 pantry offering unlimited drinks. If I ever return to Tokyo, this will definitely be my hotel of choice!

First time to Japan, stayed a week here. Great location. Tokyo Station is just across the street which gave quick access to hop a train to all destinations. Ginza was 15 min walk. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms felt small/tight, but that might just be a cultural difference, but we only used them to sleep, so no biggie. All in all a great experience.
