Our family had great time in this place! Hosts are so friendly and hospitable, trying to make us happy with every detail. They allowed us to set up our tent in the lovely garden without additional fee. The place is very quiet and close to national park. They also took us for safari and it was great experience. Breakfast is rich and delicious! Everything looks fresh new in the end of 2023. Highly recommended!

The couple running Peacock Jungle Lodge were two of the friendliest and kindest people we met during our stay in Sri Lanka. They helped us arrange transport to and from their property at a very reasonable price, took us on a fantastic safari complete with picnic breakfast and lunch (including a thermos for tea / coffee), and generally couldn't put themselves out enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had two delicious dinners there and the absolute best sweet coconut roti we ate in Sri Lanka. The location is fabulous a 5 min drive to the entrance to the safari park. You can see water buffalo, elephants and monkeys from the balcony if you're lucky!

Spent 2 nights at Jungle lodge. Had a wonderful time with the hosts and have to say they went above and beyond with service. They made sure we were comfortable with our stay and had access to the park. They also offer their own safari service which I strongly recommend.

The hosts running this resort is very nice. They provided very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner for us at very reasonable prices. We also took the safari tour they provided, which was very good too. They finally arranged the taxi for us to go to the next city. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is close to the national park. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.
