Staff very friendly and kind, rooms are ok, and internet connection is good. The only issue that we had was the first room was smelling very bad (it was coming from a hole in the bathroom). But we spoke with the receptionist and she immediately changed our room.
They offer free water and clean the room everyday, give you toothbrush and toothpaste as well.
I recommend ???

Be very careful if you book this hotel. The manager is totally unhelpful if an issue arises. The owner is the same. We have had such bizarre communication with this hotel. They seem to be dishonest. They have repeatedly chased us for money we do not owe them. Just be careful that you don't get conned.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and was impressed with how clean it is. I wanted a room with a bathtub and they advertise that all of their rooms have bathtubs on booking. I also messaged them to double check when i booked.

When we arrived the room didn’t have a bathtub so i explained the situation to the manager. He wasn’t rude but wasn’t prepared to help. He said I could upgrade for $30 but I explained they need to advertise and communicate clearly regarding what they offer. I didn’t feel at all listened to. He called the owner to ask for a discount on the upgrade but he said no. So we took a refund and moved to a hotel with a bathtub, breakfast and a pool included for a similar price.

Please just be aware only the VIP room as a bathtub and their customer service is sadly lacking.

UPDATE- SOME MONTHS AFTER THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE  I started to receive messages from a local man who claimed he worked for this hotel. He said that booking.com were about to take $60 from the hotel account in relation to the above stay and I would receive money from booking.com. I said this made no sense since the above booking cost $90! I said that if I received a refund from booking I would send the money to the hotel as I am an honest person. I kept getting messages from this man. I kept reiterating that I had no refund from booking.com. he contacted me again recently and again I said I hadn't received any money. However just over a week again there was a strange credit in my English account for £53 pounds. I couldn't work out what it was so I thought perhaps the hotel were telling the truth. I refunded $60 to the hotel and told them I had done so.

My husband then mentioned that he had credited our uk account through a bank in Cambodia and I had actually refunded the hotel incorrectly! I felt like such an idiot.

I contacted the hotel and this man and OF COURSE they are refusing to send the money back. They seem to have stolen from me. I have asked them investigate and all they said is there was a pending withdrawal from booking.com for $58.50... how can I know that is anything to do with me?

Be VERY careful with this hotel. They cannot be trusted, their customer service is appalling and they are possible doing this to many previous customers. I don't know but PLEASE be careful if you book this hotel.

I'm okay with a small room, but I expect it to be clean, including the walls and bedding, and I'd like the menu options to be reasonably priced and meet certain standards.

Room is clean, but the air-conditioning leaks water at night. We have to change the room. But the service is very good and polite. Too noisy at night
