I'm writing this review based on the ramadhan buffet that I have had recently. Jazz hotel is kind enough to include an early bird price for their ramadhan buffet. At rm88 the buffet spread was sumptuous. So many sections of food, fresh raw oysters, and action stations as well. All in all it was awesome. Food is nice to be honest, I'm impressed that the char koay teow has nice smell of wok.. that day only the beef curry was too bland. Not enough flavour. Otherwise the rest of the food were very good. Service is good as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is quite new and beautifully designed, with every room featuring a bathtub — a nice touch! The views from both the rooms and the swimming pool are stunning, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was average — not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I initially booked for one night but ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much. One thing to note: the air-conditioning in the room was a bit warm during the afternoon, so that’s something the hotel might want to look into. Despite that, I’d still choose to stay here again on my next trip. A lovely place with great potential!

A great spot for seafood lovers! The seafood buffet at Jazz Hotel was well-curated with a wide selection of fresh crabs, prawns, oysters, and even lobster. Highlights for me were the grilled seafood and the local hot dishes which had a nice spicy kick. The dessert section was also surprisingly good, with local and Western options. The place gets busy, so it’s best to come early or make a reservation.

We had a great stay in here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, it has bathtub ? We came a lot earlier, there was a RM 50 surcharge for early check-in. The location was good, Lotus supermarket is just across the street to purchase necessities and pharmacy just beside the hotel just in case need anything. It is near to Gurney road and also about 20 minutes drive to Batu Ferringi beach. This hotel about 40-60 minutes drive from and to airport depending on the traffic.

All is good at this hotel. The room is spacious & comfortable, amenities were complete, service was friendly, the presence of a bathtub & bathbomb was great. The only issue I had was the safety hazard in the bathroom. The floors are very slippery when our feet are wet, even with the provided room slippers it was still slippery. I even slipped and fell and hurt my hand & back from the fall. It is very hazardous for children, small children, and the elders. I hope the hotel can take this seriously & provide in room slippers with strong grip so that we can use them. Changing the tiles is obviously not a solution. Apologies, I forgot to take any photo from the hotel. But I enjoyed my stay with my family, despite the bathroom situation which can be solved with a small provision. Would definitely repeat my stay, but will bring rubber slippers with me.
