A wonderful hotel, staff were amazing. The room was incredible. The only thing if I could fault them at all was the breakfast buffet. I was really hoping for a great western bfast and sadly it was ok. Nothing great. :-( anyway everything else was fantastic. Again the staff were by far the best we had the pleasure of speaking with for our Japan holiday. An amazing place!

The Imperial Hotel requires 7 stars. The hotel is top notch in luxury while providing a nostalgic feel. The room we booked was very spacious and super, super clean! The staff in the whole hotel and restaurants and bars are extremely friendly and professional. They would go out of their way to help you. I loved my stay at this hotel and look forward to coming back again in the near future.

This was my first time to Japan and I could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff were amazing even opening up the business center early for you if needed. Their laundry service is excellent and affordable if your traveling light. Worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Japan especially if it is your first time because the staff will help you navigate the town. Coming back very soon!
