It has a halal menu which was great , the seating area was comfortable , the vibes were great and the staff are friendly and took the time to explain the menu for us . We ordered the bulgogi pizza , spicy doria and the turkish style shish kebab and aome French fries , the bulgogi pizza was delicious totally recommend! The doria also was delicious and the turkish kebabs were also nice ! However the fries were a bit greasy for me. Bit if you would like to eat at a cute hip place totally recommended!

There aren’t many halal restaurants in Ginza or Hibiya that can accommodate a large group and accept reservations, so this place has been incredibly helpful. I used it to host some devout Muslim friends visiting from overseas. Everyone enjoyed dishes like the mixed grill of beef, lamb, and salmon, and it was quite well-received for its taste. The service was satisfactory (though I think it could improve a bit more to attract even more customers).

Wonderful experience! The food is delicious especially the appetizers. All the food is also halal. It’s during Ramadan and I was even given dates during my dinner which was very kind!

If you’re in Tokyo and craving global flavours with a Japanese twist, SOLEIL at Hibiya OKUROJI is a must-visit! I was blown away by the variety and quality—each dish felt like a celebration of flavour. The rice paper rolls with hot and sour sauce were so refreshing and packed a perfect zing. Burrata with pomegranate sauce and fruit was an unexpected sweet-and-sour delight—so creamy and bright! The wagyu burger? Absolutely spectacular—juicy, rich, and satisfying. For a touch of comfort, the tomato meatballs were like something my mum would make—so cosy and homey. The pesto avocado shrimp pasta tasted incredibly fresh, and the tomato soup and Margherita pizza hit all the right notes for classic lovers. And don’t skip dessert—the cheesecake, grande de chocolate, and pudding were all beautifully made, light yet indulgent. Truly an international food gem in the heart of Tokyo. Highly recommended!
