I had a very enjoyable stay at Ibis Hotels and Apartments. The location is great, right next to the markets and tram station offering easy access. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with room service coming in every day to clean the room and replace towels. Employees out the front had great service, especially CHRIS. He was very helpful and kind, a warm greeting every time you entered the lobby! He made the experience even better, readily available to help with any request.

We stayed level 10 in a 2 bedroom and it was great. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Close to all the sights we wanted to visit in Melbourne and the trams are free in the city so it was very easy to get around. Breakfast was lovely. Great value for money especially when you compare it to other hotels in Melbourne. Would happily stay again.

I was only staying for one night and I needed an affordable place near Queen Victoria market to sleep. Ibis hotel ticked all the boxes - huge room and comfortable bed! It was obvious that the hotel is old now but everything worked well. Just the fridge was a bit loud time to time. Just a typical ibis hotel. Front desk was (at night and during the day) super friendly and efficient.

Very well located, always clean, very easy check-in. I have been staying here very regularly for the past 3 years and have never had anything bad to say about the staff either. They are always very professional and kind, all of them. I must say though, that Kaya in particular has been very thoughtful, remembered my name and always made a point to warmly welcome me every week this year. She's a hospitality star ?
