Nice staff, good service Spacious room, excellent amenities e.g. - instant coffee, tea bag, bottles of water in room (can be refilled) - 24hrs of coffee (americano, latte and mocha etc) and ice cream available in common area - tiny gym room - outdoor garden with washing machine and drying machine at the corner (TWD30 for each, ~1hr for washing and ~0.5hr for drying)

I was specifically looking for a hotel where I can rest and enjoy holidays and the hub hotel was the best choice ❣️?❣️ I love the big choice of delicious breakfast and the cute mini gym with the massage chair! I could stay there the whole day :D and there is free ice cream!!!!!! Uhhhhh thank u so much for the most comfortable bed, I had the best sleep and I loved my room? thank u dear staff and dear hub hotel. I can only recommend it with 5 ?. ❤️❤️❤️

On this month-long trip to Asia, I have been fortunate to stay at five 5* hotels. While Hub Hotel isn't in this category, the beautiful room took me by surprise and easily became my second favorite hotel of this entire trip! For its price, the room (I sprang for the Exquisite room) is spacious, well-designed with plenty of natural lighting (I got lucky with a corner unit facing the funky, cool shaped Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal), has a washlet! and I LOVE the restroom and shower tiles, was equipped with a 55" Google TV and its preloaded movies, casting capabilities and general TV that made for great entertainment, while the location is stellar (only a 3 mins walk from the R8 station -- take exit 1... don't listen to Google Maps' instruction ?) and can't go wrong with included breakfast + 24h snax in the lobby and wonderful service from the entire staff. It made working from this hotel for the past five days so delightful. The only downside is that Hub Hotel is on the 11th floor of a building that is shared with 5 other "hotels" on other floors and businesses so the elevator is almost always in use, though there are 5 lifts that move quickly. Will even consider other Hub Hotel locations when I'm back in Taiwan next year!

The hotel’s room really spacious and located convenient - few mins walk to train station, 7-11 and supermarkets. But can hear the noice from next rooms. Good service n worth for the price. Recommended!

What a comfortable hotel to stay at in Kaohsiung! We only needed it for one night, but the hotel is comfortable enough for an extended stay as well. The hotel lobby is located on the 11th floor of the building, which seemed unusual at first, but it felt completely safe. Our room was spacious and offered a great view of the city, even from the bathroom. The soundproofing was decent, which was important for me as a light sleeper. The amenities included complimentary ice cream, snacks, tea, and water. There was a small conference room set up as a fitness center, but we didn’t have time to use it. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including hot items, salad, and congee. Overall, it was a great value for our stay! It is also located along the red line MRT, which easily connects you go the airport or the HSR!
