I had the best stay here. Staff are super friendly and have alot of info on what to do in Langkawi including food and tours. Perfect location, 2 minutes to the beach and food etc. Brand new hostel so super clean.

I stayed here for 3 days, but due to the interesting activities organized by the hostel, I extended another 3 days. friendly service, very helpful stuff, among the beautiful & cheap hostels on this island, and the management is very friendly.

What the great hostel...The location is very close to the beach, just 10 minutes walk. This hostel is also very close to grocery stores, restaurants and all the attraction in Langkawi.I am also very satisfied with all the staff there. They are very friendly, helpful with a smile and always give the best recommendations.

Copying my review from house of lion because they belong together and share a similar vibe. Not sure what some people expect when they book here... For anyone who doesn't want to stay in one of the big bunker hostels, this place actually has a soul. Small, owner-run, getting to know how people on this island actually live, a welcoming vibe. Mantra and her volunteers run this and house of lion, you're added to a whatsapp group and there are often activities with both hostels. Also the kittens everywhere ? Other than that, comfortable, clean beds with curtains and modern AC, free towels, good shower pressure, tours and laundry service. Was my third and certainly not last time here. As for differences, I feel House of Lion is a bit more cozy, better access to showers, a kitchen and free water. Whereas House of Wolves has the better location and more space in the common area. One thing missing here is free water, have to buy plastic bottles :(
