I needed a budget solution for one night, as I had to wait for my transport the next day to another province. All my belongings were with me. The driver, a lady drove me to Hotel Zing, Pattaya. Transport and check in at the hotel went very smooth and hazzlefree. Staff: Staff in the hotel was extremely helpful. Very nice people! It showed that they were dedicated to their work in Hotel Zing. They helped me, to carry my belongings to my room and to another storage room. It was a relief, to recognize, that people were so serviceminded. For me, their workethic reflected the performance one should normally expect in a 4-star hotel. The room was ok. Not exceptional but not bad either. Bed and mattress should perhaps be considered for a renewal. Showerdoor needed to be closed with some force. There was a natural kind of lemongrass odor in the room, which contributed to a pleasant room climate. Food: Food I ate was delicious. Breakfast was also plentiful. Great location, good service, but rooms are a bit cramped We stayed at Hotel Zing for 8 days and it's in a fantastic location—right on the main road with plenty of baht buses available, making it super easy to get around. There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby, which is really convenient. The service was good, and the hotel has two large, clean pools which were a highlight of our stay. However, the rooms are quite small. The placement of the desk and chair makes it difficult to move around—if someone is sitting, the other person can’t walk past unless the chair is moved. A shorter chair or taller desk would have helped create a bit more space. Overall, it's a good value for the price, especially if you're prioritising location and amenities.

Had a great stay at Hotel Zing! The room was spotless and came with a balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Loved the peaceful atmosphere, especially at night with no noise pollution. Highly recommend!
