A beautiful hotel in a really great location. We left our bags with reception as we arrived prior to check in and when we had returned, they were already in our rooms - which may seem like a small gesture but after a travel day that extra step was greatly appreciated !! There were also really good complimentary ammenities like hair oil, skin care and foot massage machine if requested! Overall the most enjoyable hotel experience to date.

Could not recommend this hotel more, we originally booked for four nights but extended to five because we loved Kyoto so much. Hotel was perfect, biggest room we have had at a Japanese hotel so far, friendly and helpful staff, great location, 100% would stay here again next time we are in kyoto. We are hostel/budget travelers turned affordable hotel stayers as we get older and this place was perfect

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Wing Int. The rooms were a great size and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Our bed was on the firm side. It was quiet and clean. The front desk was very helpful and very accommodating to our luggage needs before and after checkout. They also offered umbrellas to borrow on rainy days and the cafe area downstairs had a good selection of food and drinks, including coffee. The location was perfect for subway and bus travel as well. Would recommend and stay here again!

Extraordinary experience. Nice amenities, friendly staff, borrowed umbrella during rain, borrowed nail clipper when my hands' skin torn. Have everything u need. Worth to get their room w breakfast. Most tender tofu I have ever had till date. Stayed during winter, lucky to able to view snow ❄️
