This hotel is situated in an excellent location. Within a 10-minute walk there’s an abundance of shopping, endless dining options and JR Osaka Station. The room size was average with basic, contemporary decor, but clean & comfortable. Front desk staff were professional and courteous. A special mention to Koga, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us - sincerest thanks! The breakfast offerings were impressive & tasty - there was something to suit every taste. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and look forward to returning.

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere great near Osaka station. You can cross the road directly outside the hotel to go into a shopping/office block and walk all the way into the station without having to deal with carrying a suitcase on the streets or climbing up stairs. The room was lovely - it had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly.

I loved this hotel so much!! In a great and vibrant area. Rooms are so clean and organized. Can’t say enough about how nice and pleasant the staff were, they made everything so easy. We will sure return to this hotel whenever we come back to Osaka.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were really helpful during checkin process. Location: 5 mins walk from Osaka-Umeda station. Landmarks: In front of Grand Front Osaka. Links Umeda is one crossing signal away. Room: Fairly small but did the job for me and partner. They have a microwave at the reception area to heat up food and coin operated laundry is onsite. Plenty of eat options around. Shin-Osaka is 2 stops away via Mido-Suji subway line ~10 mins. Namba & Dotombori are 15 mins via train. All in all good value for money and location is convenient.
