What a good experience as a whole staying at Hotel Universal Port Vita. My family and I checked-in on 5 January at 1800hrs and was greeted warmly by Prae (hope I got her name right). She was very polite and explained very clearly on our hotel room access and breakfast coupons. The check-in process was fast and efficient. I believe that the first interaction is very important and Prae had definitely done that perfectly. The ambient and vibe of the hotel was very welcoming. The room 805 was very clean and everything was very neat. We got a view of USJ from our room and that is awesome. The location of the hotel is a major win as it is only about 3 minutes away from Universal City Station and 8 minutes away from USJ. Having Lawson at level 1 of the hotel is a major win as well. The check-out was a breeze as well using the kiosk. We left our room, returned our key cards and all that took less than 5 minutes, with other guests checking out as well. That is efficiency for you.

We really appreciated in the services that this hotel provided to us. All staffs are super friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because of near USJ and we didn’t want to stay in the city that much so we spent time at Universal Port Vita for our whole trip in Osaka which is 5 nights. We didn’t feel that the hotel is far from the city and we are happy with it because when we backed to hotel from the city at night the train is always empty ? We don’t need to wake up too early at the day we go to USJ because we can walk to USJ which is very convenient. The size of room is fine for us, bathroom and toilet was very good and clean. The staffs at the hotel were super helpful like I mentioned before and they have very good service mind which we are very impressed, the housekeeping cleaned our room everyday, the breakfast staffs were so active, everyone are willing to help you with smile when you ask or request something. Breakfast have various food which is very yummy but the menu is always the same which made us feel a bit boring in the last 2 morning but it was because we stayed many nights ? The lockers were soooooo convenient and also we have used laundry room as well. At every floors have ice and water dispenser, vender machine and microwave provided 24 hrs ?????? We will come back here again for sure. you all made our trip super comfy and relax after walk for the whole day. Thank you and see you again soon ?

Excellent location for Universal Studios and Expo 2025. Everything in Japan is sterile clean! We got great price - incredible value. Buffet breakfast was probably the best we've seen in Japan. Bad: convinced that pillows were a bag of rocks. Hard beds. Sounds from the screaming kids in the next room carried. None the less, would recommend for the price (at time of our booking).

Excellent two nights stay here. Lawson convenience store is on the first floor, but you’ll need to use your room card to enter. Second floor has good amounts of coin laundry. Rooms were clean and a nice air cleaner/humidifier was included. Bath tub included some scented bubbles packets, which was a nice touch. The staff were wonderful and the cleaners were super nice with their greetings! Will definitely stay here again!

A very nice, clean, modern hotel that was literally a 5 minute walk to the station and less than 10 mins to Universal Studios. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The beds were comfortable, the room was cleaned and towels changed every day and it was whisper-quiet. The bathrooms also consist of 3 rooms - A toilet, a shower, and a double basin. Having this made it easy and quick to get ready each morning.
