I came here after work to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I’ve been to plenty of Hard Rock Cafes throughout the U.S., but this was my first time in a while. I really appreciated the service here. My friend was already seated by the time I arrived, but the staff member by the door let me inside so I didn’t have to wait in line. All of the staff inside were kind and welcoming. They put on a little show which caught me by surprise, but it was fun! The food wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d say it was average. The nachos were pretty good but the pasta wasn’t my favorite. I think next time I come here, I’d like to try different menu items. The prices are quite expensive as well, but that’s to be expected. I didn’t find them to be any different from the Hard Rock Cafes that I visited in the U.S. Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our time here. I’ll definitely be back soon! :)

This is a great Hardrock Cafe. I have been to many in my travels, and this one is not different in terms of quality and service. The food was excellent. We purchased four different burgers, drinks, and dessert, and everything tasted delicious. Everything was done directly to our requested specifications. If you love a good burger and fries, this is a fantastic stop. Although, the onion rings were far superior to the French fries.

The food was great. Awesome value for money. It was delicious and the servings were very large and filling. The customer service was pleasant too.

Great place, right outside Universal Studios! Lots of vegetarian options and substitutions available! I enjoyed my southwestern salad ?, TRex had the Mac and cheese, while Subu and Sarayu binged on the veggie burger! ? ! We all loved the loaded nachos! The Sake ? was top shelf!
