We got the bunk bed room , accomodation was clean and well maintained. Shower room was clean too. Staff were very helpful (forgot the lady's name but she helped us retrieve our dominos order when it wasn't delivered - Thank you for that). Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend a stay here.

Location is good about halfway between Umeda and Namba stations and capsules are comfortable however not as well designed as they could be. Simple breakfast of toast, cereal and soup but it's sufficient. Soft drinks, coffee and tea available free of charge throughout the day. For the less than ¥4000 per night I paid it is good value for money. USB charger port in capsule which is handy along with a couple of standard power points.

The price is cheap in relation to the quality of the place. It is clean, beautiful, safe, comfortable. Yes, the breakfast is very basic, but come on, for the price I wouldn’t even expect free breakfast. People at the reception is nice, but they could do with a little more English. Location isn’t bad, it is a peaceful area, but it isn’t the greatest neither. But again, for the price what you’re getting is really good. You’re still walking distance from Dotonbori and there is a metro station just few blocks away. I stayed there twice and I would definitely stay there again.

I love this hostel. It located near Yotsubashi Exit 23. They give you free towel and can change everyday. Clean and reasonable price!!
