I really liked staying here! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help if I needed anything. The main lobby is narrow so it can be a little chaotic and hard to navigate during peak times, but I like that they have a little luggage closet where you can lock your bags using a transportation card. I would definitely stay here again

Dont usually give 5 stars to hotels but maybe because this hotel may be new it was reaally worth it comparing with other on the same price range! Seen two other hotels in tokyo and been to others in Japan but this was way better! The bad things is that its still a small room with little space to pack bags and no closet to put coats (they do have hangers on the wall) but every hotel in japan ive stayed was similar. One blanket and one of the pillows had stains in it (poorly washed?) But rhe good things made me overlook it. The good things is that the furniture, beds, bathroom and the hotel itself seemed pretty new! Didnt smell of old things or mold like a lot of older hotels does! They had complementary breakfast with just some coffe, tea, small croissants and sweet buns but thats ok because theres a lawson right under the hotel. The location too is reeally good! Close to 3 supermarkets (kinda hard to find them in tokyo like in other countries but this hotel had 3!) Close to donki, sensoji temple and a lot of good restaurants! The closest subway line was not one that i used much tho... The best thing for me is that the bed and bathroom were bigger than usuall! The shower head was above my head height (im 1.73m) and i could even stretch my arm! (Almost all other hotels in japan had that shower pratically above the sink and toilet and NO space to even dry yourself or stretch arms) TLDR: Great hotel, great location, kinda new, bathroom bigger then usual!

Excellent location and great facilities—loved the free coffee and tea! This was my third time staying here. The hotel rooms are small but spotlessly clean. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to choose our room and floor during self-service check-in. Even though we couldn’t see the rooms in advance, we could avoid locations like near the lift if we preferred. It is a thoughtful and convenient system!

A good, budget hotel in Tokyo. Pros: friendly staff, quiet at night, convenient location, spacious bathroom. Cons: - tiny bedroom (we knew this before booking) - rooms only cleaned every three days (check in day not included). Trash is removed and towels replaced each day, but we would’ve appreciated the option for the bed to be made and bathroom cleaned up etc daily - mattress and sheets not properly fitted so slide around all night, and the sheets felt like polyester/not very comfy. You’re only provided with one pillow per person, but can request one from reception - hotel has loads of rooms, so the elevator can take a long time. Allow 5 mins each way if you’re in a rush.
