Great location for walking to nearby K88 food court or nearest Pearl shopping center with food available in doors. A modest Chinese food market is also a hidden gem across the road. Plenty of parking, beware of overnight spots (city tickets are given here)

I stayed for a few days in August 2024. The service attitude was very good. The hotel rooms were very clean and there was no odor. It was a 5-minute walk to the pearl shopping mall. It was also very convenient to eat, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby.

Among the choices of cheap budget hotels in the Kuala Lumpur area. Room with 2 queen beds, book online only rm100. Perfect for overnight travelers. Parking is also easy

1. There are five stray dogs living beside the hotel, the owner of the auto centre feeds them (see the attached picture). Even though during the day they sleep under cars, as soon as the sun sets, they get active and bark at passersby. So, it's not safe to walk around after dark. I wish this hotel would liaise with DBKL in order to solve the stray dog problem. 2. In my 5-night stay, I have never managed to use their Wi-Fi: the connection is there, but hardly any data goes through. I have tested the network (see the attached screenshot): the download speed was 1.2 Mbps, and the ping was 247 ms. 3. On the Internet this hotel advertises itself as being located in Midvalley. While in reality, it is not in Midvalley at all. Rather, it is in Old Klang Road. On the physical sign they do say it correctly, though: "Sunjoy9 @ OKR". It is indeed a long way to Midvalley. I don't see why they advertise themselves like this: not only is it misleading, but also, Old Klang Road itself is an interesting area. There are many nice restaurants on the other side of Old Klang Road. A stay at this hotel is a excellent opportunity for all tourists / food lovers to visit them. 4. Other than that, I must say I have really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is super quiet. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, with hot and cold water. There is even a kettle in the room, I loved it. 5. The staff are very nice, considerate and polite. A big thank you to all of them. 6. Immediately beside the hotel, towards Old Klang Road as well as across the bridge, there are many restaurants with Malay food, where you can eat for 6-7 RM. Great value for money. All in all, I do recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
