Room is spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is nice. The backward is the room a bit noisy if located near to the street. The window is not sound proof.

Nice stay at Santika Pandegiling. Room executive was big and clean. Location near to the city center. Variety of breakfast options and the food was great. I had a small issue with the tiny pillow that provided on the bed it was smelling like a pee (dogs or cat) and i was complaint via WA and the staff immediately change the pillow. I hope Santika Hotel can improve the service.

Stayed at Santika Pandegiling for 2 nights. Room is standard (quite spacious and clean) but would be better to be upgraded with new furnitures and modern room design and colours. Room is not soundproof as we can hear the traffic noises. The room is for couple but the available toiletries are only for 1 person, so we had to for additionals. Breakfast is tasty and delicious, but limited choices. They serve same menus for 2-days stay. Service is good and friendly. Overall, with the price offered, it is good value.

i've had a great experience here, good food, wonderful staff, clean and so on. I came with the big family and they're all happy stayed here. Feels like my second home. proud of you Santika team

Very fast check in and check out proses. I was help by mbak Jihan when I checked in and checked out, I was help by mbak Jihan, she was friendly and helpfull in check out process. All the staff that I met there, are friendly and greeting to the guesses. Breakfast, is great, a lot of various food and the coffee is great.
