What a beautiful hotel! my family and I came here for a 2 night stay and i was amazed by the kindness of the staff. They were so kind and helpful and greeted you every time I walked by. And for breakfast we went to Starbucks every morning and it was so nice. You got coupons from the hotel to eat breakfast for free! And the rooms, wow so beautiful. The bathtub was comfortable and the shower as well. We also had an amazing view over the city. My family got there before we could check in, but they had a ‘capsule’ where we could rest on benches and chairs and we could also shower there as well as go to the toilet. I would definitely visit again whenI can!

This hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed! The location is good, near the blue line station which connects east and west side. Next door is McDonald, and their popular bubble tea store (50 lan) and Taipei’s popular Fu Hang Soy milk. The staff are super friendly and nice. The room is super clean and spacious, with bathtub. There is also a space for early traveller to wash up and prepare, before the room is ready. Their breakfast is voucher based, at Starbucks, at first floor. Very unique concept, there is no need for time based, and can use anytime, even in the evening! Get a quick fix and focus more on Taipei food.

Great service! I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite - and what a suite! I could have moved in, there was so much room! The room was immaculately clean, quieter than a library and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend staying here- it's not too far from most tourist destinations, is just steps from bus stop and the subway and there are a ton of little places to eat nearby. I don't think you can go wrong staying here! When I return to Taipei, this will be my "home away from home"!

Very nice hotel. I stayed in the standard room, no complaints about it. They also provide a bathtub. Location is also on point. One thing on the downside is because they don't provide breakfast - they give Starbucks credits based on how many nights you're staying, which you can use however you like at the Starbucks which is connected to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Taipei Resonance. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with amazing city views and a super comfortable bed. The location is perfect—just steps from the MRT—making it easy to explore the city. What stood out most was the warm, attentive service from every staff member. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for. Can’t wait to come back!
