We had a birthday celebration and planned a two-night staycation at this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise when we stepped into the room and found it decorated with birthday wishes. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the in-room bar beverages were complimentary. There was a balcony that we could open the door to, turn off the air conditioner, and use the ceiling fan. During our stay, we experienced a rainstorm one evening, and we felt cozy relaxing in the room with the fresh air. Surprisingly, we encountered many young and energetic staff members who were friendly and helpful. This made our experience much better compared to some of the Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. The restaurant is small, so during morning rush hours, you may have to wait. I suggest having breakfast before 8:30 am. The food options were average, but the coffees were good. Improvement areas: The hotel has a sustainable environment design, so the shower water pressure was okay, but the basin water went through a filter. We were fine with that, but the only downside was the drain flies. I hope they can address this issue in the shower area. Overall, our stay experience was great, and it’s convenient if you have planned activities in Sentosa Island. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Bed is small and no kids pool but amazing customer service. I asked about how to book the free yoga when i came back to the hotel at midnight. The receptionist said that he will check and call me in the room- i showered so maybe he called and was not able to pick up- he came to the room to let me know how. Also when we checkout and we did not ask for a bell boy- many receptionist came to help us push the luggages and carry to the car. They have 5 star customer service.

Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from Resorts World Station. QR code is available at front desk for hotel guests to re-enter Sentosa via Sentosa Express. Room was clean and hardly any dust. The king size bed was comfortable and I had no problem falling asleep. The round sofa was my favourite spot to chill and snack. There were tea bags, coconut water and more in the mini bar. Sadly the balcony was not accessible. Ice cube machine and water dispenser located near the lift lobby. The pool located at Level 2 was a good size if you are really there to swim. A good spot to chill with friends over drinks too. Enjoyed myself even though it is just 1 night. Will be back if I have the chance.

Lina from concierge was the best thing in this hotel, her positive energy every morning and her advises of where to spend the day and the easiest way to reach the demand location was so helpful Moreover the location is amazing as it’s in the middle of all attractions. 2 minutes from metro which takes you to the beach or the city, 2 minutes walking to universal studios and harry potter world. However, Rooms were not cleaned properly as we found lot of items in toilet and room itself from other people who stayed in it. .

Serene place to have stay with your family Hotel Ora Sentosa. Hope hotel management will improve in swift services, rest everything is was as expected. Note : Toilet faucet should be implanted in washrooms as many 5 star hotels do have equipped with same. Rest is fantastic? chill
