2nd time visit here for special occasions. Definitely worth it with student price (10%). Photos are of good quality (but for my 2nd visit some photos were slightly blurry not sure why perhaps the lens were dirty, even after the test shot). Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience as always!

Very disappointed with my experience at Fotomat. The room was extremely dark, and the lighting setup was terrible — nothing was flattering at all. The angles and lighting made the photos look awkward and washed out, and the final images looked strange and unprofessional.

When I asked the staff for help, not only were they unfriendly and unwilling to assist, but the time they spent talking to me was taken out of the 15-minute photoshoot — which couldn't be reclaimed. That left even less time to try and get decent shots, which made the whole experience feel rushed and frustrating.

For a total cost of $63, I expected far better quality and service. Sadly, it did not deliver at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others — there are much better studios out there for both photos and customer experience.

This was my third time visiting your studio for a family photo shoot. My first two visits were wonderful—I absolutely loved the spacious environment and the overall experience, which made me eager to return.

However, during my visit at yesterday , I was disappointed with the new setup. The studio felt so much SMALLER, and with 6-7 people in the room, it became UNCOMFORTABLY CRAMPED. It reminded me of the confined spaces often associated with Hong Kong. Additionally, the air conditioning was not strong enough to make the experience comfortable. I hope your can address these concerns to improve the customer experience.

Loved my experience at Fotomat at their previous location.

However with the recent shift, not only is the space a lot smaller? There was an issue where even though I had booked a session, the room was not ready as the previous customers came late and were allowed to continue on during my timeslot despite me arriving on time. This cause inconvenience to my wife's birthday plans and I had to forgo my session due to time considerations.

Do look into having some alternate solutions for customers who arrive late rather than inconveniencing every other customer after then.
