Rooms are clean and spacious. Requested for rooms on the same level few months in advance but was told it's full and unavailable on the actual day when we checked in. Location is definitely their plus point. Service can definitely be improved.

Amazing good value. Stone's throw from Jordan tube station. Food and convenient shop at its footsteps. Great location. Rooms size are adequate at this price point. Modern and well kitted out. Bathroom clean. Will highly recommend.

This was the second time I stayed here (the first time occured 8 years ago) The staff were so helpful and very welcome. Just before arriving, I experienced an unexpected issue about my parents, the staff professionally supported and help me a lot. The location is not far from Jordan MTR station and walkable distance to MONG KOK and TSIM SA TSUI. The room was clean, spacious enough for a couple and in a good condition. The hotel also offer a complimentary set of snack and drinks in fridge in the room once per stay. However, there is a little point to be perfect. A housekeeper made my room everyday although I labelled my room as 'NON DISTURBED' before leaving every morning ? Definitely stay here next time in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

If there's 10 stars I will give 10 stars! We stayed at room 2001. The room is so spacious and this is very rare in HK hotel context. The room comes with King size bed, with a large bathroom with bathtub that has jacuzzi function. Perfect for us when we had a long walking day to wind down in the hotel room. Room and linens were clean. The hotel location is great as it is just few minutes walk to Jordan station. It is on a small street on Nathan road so you can have a quiet night sleep even though you are in the centre of everything. Opposite hotel has a cha chaan teng - Victory Cafe - this is where locals eat and I swear this is so much better than the long queue Austr***** D**** Comp**** or Was* Cafe. Service from hotel staff was so great too! I had a very late flight but had to check out at 12pm. They will help to store your luggage for free. Also I wanted to take a shower before leaving for my flight and they were very understanding to let me borrow the hotel's gym for shower (will need to ask in advance for permission of course). If i come back to HK again will definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a jacussi ( your own ?) for bathing. The bathroom amenities are complete except for a shower cap. Water bottles is provided only once. Near bus stop & MTR station Staff can speak English well Note : On days when you wake up late, you might hear the housekeeper cleaning the room ?
