Nice hotel, less than a 10-minute walk from the JR train station. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are quite large in comparison to standart japanees hotels rooms, although they are a bit outdated. The bathroom level is higher about 30 cm from the room floor, so it's not very convenient to enter and exit from the bathroom/toilet specially in the morning. There is a free water and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day, which is very nice. If you don't need a lot, it's a good hotel.

Clean, convenient location, well-equipped amenities, and most important of all, welcoming service. I stayed here for a few days and was well satisfied. In particular, the entire staff team was very helpful and accommodating in all aspects, from providing directions to helping with storing luggage after check-out. During my stay, I'm especially appreciative of Ruka, who not only assisted with English translation, working the laundry machine, and providing information on nearby convenient stores and supermarkets, but also for her enthusiasm and friendly attitude. It's these small gestures that make the stay memorable. I'll definitely consider staying here again when I'm in Osaka.

Location is great, just within 5mins walk to JR Namba Station, but also about 10-15mins walking distance to Dontonbori and Shinsaibashi. The room size is tiny (though that is the common problem in Japan) but clean and cozy, the staff can speak in English and they are really friendly. Good for solo traveller to stay.

Stayed here in 2018. A bit far from Dontonbori but accesible from JR Namba and OCAT. Edited: Saw your response, I had a good stay in your hotel and I look forward booking this hotel again in the future!

Comfy bedrooms and good Aircon! Slight walk to main Namba area but otherwise it is great location wise.
