The staff was super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They really made my stay effortless and enjoyable. The rooms were great, and the views were absolutely amazing. The swimming pool area had an awesome view, making it the perfect spot to relax. The gym was well-equipped, which was a big plus for me. The breakfast was by far the best I've had in the city—definitely worth trying. I also checked out their rooftop restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. If you have the budget, I highly recommend giving it a try.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Melva for upgrading us to a nicer room to celebrate my girlfriend birthday, it made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

A great stay with a small child. There is a park with good play equipment right outside, and elevator access to the sky bridge that leads to the closest MTR. Rooms are quite spacious, and city view is perfect to keep kids occupied. Staff very friendly and helpful when you're lugging your pram, shopping and child throught the lobby.

Could not fault this hotel. Pleasantly surprised with the complimentary upgrade to the Harbour View King Room which had an amazing view of Victoria Harbour. Bed was soft and comfy and loved the free minibar! Also loved the facilities especially the pool and unisex sauna. Staff were great, especially considering most are trainees!

Simply the greatest hotel I’ve been to so far ! Prices are very reasonable for the level of service and care. Rooms are clean, spacious, views are amazing, especially on upper floors. Special thanks to the receptionists at the Above and Beyond Lounge, they where helpful and kind enough to let me access the lounge and showers after I checked out. Location is very good, 7 min walk from MTR station. I was also able to take a midnight jet lag walk on the pier that is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, even if I didn’t really like the plate I choose. Maybe traditional breakfast instead of euro is a better choice. Overall an amazing experience, I will without any hesitation chose this hotel again next time I’m in HK.
