Very conveniently located. Quick Check-in. Well sized rooms. Quiet AC. Super friendly staff. Quick elevators. Working iron. The view from the room down to the shinkansen station was superb. Please enjoy either your dinner or breakfast while watching the trains leave and arrive :)

Excellent hotel with convenient location next to the shinkansen station and large AEON shopping malls. Plenty of nice restaurants around the area too. Not much facilities to speak of, except for a small swimming pool. Rooms are tiny, which is typical of Japan, but clean and tidy. Excellent sound proof and very quiet at night.

Cho and the female staff here were incredibly efficient and helpful in resolving any issues we had. While the room wasn’t as cool as we would’ve liked (AC is fixed at 25°C), they provided a fan and other ways to keep things comfortable. The window couldn’t be opened, but the room size allowed for decent ventilation. One nice plus: check-out is at 12pm, which is later than most hotels in Japan. You also get 4-star perks like a pool and amenities, though there’s no gym. Still, the location makes up for it — the hotel is very well connected to the SkyTrain, just like other reviews mentioned. Is it worth the price? Maybe, depending on your priorities. But in terms of hospitality and service, it’s a solid win. Big shoutout to Cho and the English-speaking staff — they really made the experience smoother. Thank you to the staff who recommended some places to go in Horoshima at check out when she helped us with luggage. Her English skills is also really good! Wished I got her name.

Premium Superior Twin Room (non-smoking) Excellent room with lots of space, except for a tiny toilet. Fast internet. Pricey drinks. Conveniently next to the railway station. Tram stop not far away that goes to the castle and gardens.
