The hotel is 100% prefect service that I never experienced before, especially Mrs. Kim offered the kind, patient and carefully tourist and shuttle arrangements for our big 14 people family. We really appreciate her great assistance. We also thanks Miss Tracy, she always answer and solve all of our tough questions, when our family member lose the medicine, she automatically offer the solutions for us, I’m really appreciate her prefect service. Other their member also kindly to service us with smile. I believe this hotel has a great management and training system. The hotel is located at great place, it close to a busy tourist zone, easy to enjoy food, beer street and shopping, but very quiet at night. No doubt, this hotel definitely will be our next choice again.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars, it was one of the best hotel services I have ever known. The staff greeted us every time we came in. When we had to wait for our driver we were given tea and fruit. Shoutout to Mr. Justin the hotel manager, he was FANTASTIC. He spoke many languages and helped us plan for our time in Hanoi. He was so charismatic and personable, I think he is perfect for this job. Mrs. Kim was equally wonderful and was so kind and helpful. Laundry service was great. Breakfast was phenomenal for a hotel breakfast. They upgraded our room free of cost because they had a bigger one available (so kind!). The last night we stayed there I had issues in the room with my allergies and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Location is also incredible. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will stay here every single time. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

It was our short trip to Vietnam and this hotel is the best part of it! First of all, we checked in so late but got very warm greeting from Julia at reception. She is the best!!! She gave us some recommendation places to visit, able to answer all of our questions? The room is pretty and nice✨ Breakfast so great! So many options. SPA in other part of hotel was so great too! Located in the middle of city, easy to go everywhere by walking distance. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel is very nice with walkable distance to everything in old quarters. The rooms on the second floor are pretty good. The staff is warm and helpful. Special thanks to Tina who ensured that the guests get treated nicely everytime

Our stay here was just perfect, one of the best we ever had! The hotel is lovely with comfortable rooms, central location and delicious breakfast, super fresh and with daily changes to the menu. What made our stay in Hanoi unforgettable was the staff, the whole team deserves praise, from the lobby to kitchen staff, everyone is so kind and their attentiveness is just exceptional! A special shout out to incredible Jennie, who has helped us with any request we had with such ease, and after finding out my birthday was coming up, she organised few surprises to make it extra special. We can't wait to get back, thank you to the whole team again!
