There are many restaurants close to hotel (like opposite street)! Many choices to pick. Other than that, my room's bathroom had leaking issue? even short shower leaked outside to the sink area. They provide daily cleaning services upon request, but the linen won't get changed & they would just tidy up the room & clear the trash. There won't be cooling in the room a/c system during the time I visit (Christmas), so it can get quite stuffed in the room. I just turn off the a/c system during sleep. The facilities & appliances are ok in the room. They also provide 2 types of pillows which you can choose to use for sleeping. Room is spacious & enough to walk around & put stuff. Have a sofa next to bed as well.

Super convenient location to easily reach all major city attractions. For instance, it takes only 15 minutes by walk to reach The Bund. Rooms are large and are provided with several amenities (toothbrush, water, shampoo, shower gel, slippers). Please double check the location on Trip, Apple Maps or Didi as the one indicated here is wrong!

Nearest shopping street , 5 minutes walking to Nanjing Road, Hotel room is in very good condition,Miss Yao Yao , hotel reception has very best service mind, she tried a lot to help me using translate app in Ali pay. Any how I still lost in space since I could not read or speak Mandarin. After 3 days staying at hotel, I finally found exact hotel location in google map. I did not know why… many buildings on or nearby Hotel Chalet location were moved into Huangpo River or you might find that the map guided you to other hotel nearby . The right location of Chalet Hotel in google map is on Mamma Mia Italian Liesure Restuarant . Not far away from hotel at the corner of people‘s park there are the bus stop of sightseeing shuttle bus around Shanghai only 60 RMB per 24 hrs cheaper than taxi , nearby bus stop has main metro line which you can go underground finding best and cheap food ,bakery clothes shop and etc You can shop until you drop 555 Hotel breakfast is also good.I will booked this hotel again for next trip and make sure to get more discount on airfare,hotel room,car transfer from trip.com too☺️

This is the best hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai for the first time, just like I did. There’s a pleasant fragrance near the elevators on every floor. The front desk staff provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and designed in a modern style. You can also leave your luggage with the staff if you arrive before check-in time and want to go out.Yes I’m Thai
