Good enough accommodation for a stay. Do not expect classy nice interior or fancy decorations and amenities. 2 star hotel with Spa in basement. Free 30 minutes foot massage upon check-in. Taxi services available. 50k Rp for short distance, 100k Rp for long distance.

Hotel Bintan Nirwana

Clean, neat, nice service, and friendly. Maybe I had a little problem with the shower where the water would take a very long time before it gets hot. Another problem they don't provide hair dryer. But overall it's a pleasant staying there since the location is strategist to a lot of destination such as food market, SPA, doctor, grocery store and more.

A reasonably priced hotel that includes breakfast. The staff is really nice and helpful. It's also close to a massage place.

The price of staying-in is really cheap (provided if you are a foreigner).Both room conditions and services exceeded its value and even breakfast is included too. The flaws arethe breakfast is not enjoyable as you thought. It does not suit who cannot take oily food and there is no milk, proper bread spread for toast and they never reheat the food (the food was getting cold when the breakfast session only started 15 mins ago). Overall, good stay-in but poor breakfast. Recommended if you are not hotel-breakfast lover.

We reached the hotel about 11am. They only allowed us to check in one room (we have booked for 3 rooms) although there are still many available rooms. We do understand that check in time is 2pm. All the three room they gave us was at B1. There was many kind of bad smell. The reception girl gave us black face and she was like unhappy face when we asked her the questions about where is the nice place to eat and go as it is the first for us to visit there. The worst part was that when we booked for the  message, we were told that there is 50% discount. We have double confirmed with them and booked it. When we made payment after message, we were told that there is only 30% discount. Thats was really upset us. Overall, It was bad experience for us to stay there.
