At the first time when we entered the Family Sky Room, we was impressed by the View very beautiful, the room is big, luxury, very nice interior and complete facility and clean. Service at the Hotel is the Top of the Tops from A - Z, in all our Travels experience, we never found the best of the bests SERVICE like at HOMPTON HOTEL by The Beach Penang. In this Hotel we come as GUESTS and feel like at HOME and service like a FAMILY. „A great LEADERS bring a great EMPLOYEES.“ Thanks to all the management at Hompton Hotel for all your kindness and hospitality. (Mr.S. Suffian as great GM and good singer, Mr.Lawrence as a HR MGR a very humble, a kind person and helpful, only at Hompton Hotel you will meet a HR will service the guests as well. And a very special Thanks to a lady behind our unforgettable and amazing holiday during our stay at Hompton Hotel, who organized everything Mrs.Emylia Ahmad Ass.Director of Sales & Marketing a very kind and helpful person. Thx a lots to Mr. Jovan Aun as Senior Operation MGR, Mr. Shafiz as Front office Manager, Mr.Ivan as AFC, Mr Andika Ex.Housekeeper, Mr.Fandi Ex.F&B Service, thanks to all the F&B Service who give the best service during our breakfast and lunch and dinner and to Mr. Alvin Chuah as Sous Chef and all the cook, the food is very delicious and the presentation of the food so beautiful… big commitment. Was an honor for us to be at the staff gathering, to meet all the management & all the staff, was so impressed to see how the management & employed joint together, hands on hands to support each other to commit to give the best for all the guests at Hompton Hotel, thx a lots to be a part of Hompton Family. Thanks a lots to Mr Samsuri (Pak Nor) as GRO. He is my children Favorite, a friendly, kindness and helpful person, He and his friends also very friendly staff who delivered our Afternoon Tea and Evening cocktail in the rooms. Thanks a lots to Mr.Ali as housekeeping, the person who help us to make our room keep clean, and thank you so much to Ramahdan as Bellboy, Very kind and helpful as well… All the staff in Hompton Hotel is very friendly with high courtesy… until now we still not yet moved on from this wonderful memories during our 2 weeks stay at Hompton Hotel by the beach Penang and looking forward to be back very soon again…

The room is huge and clean. The view is great, can see sunset right on your bed? All staff are friendly too. And best part is you can access beach from the hotel. And the beach is very clean too! Thumbs up for all staff. Recommended!

We stayed one night at Hompton by the Beach, Penang with 2 adults, 2 kids, and an infant in the Supreme Room with a bunk bed. The room was clean and spacious—great for families. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a nice 1.2m infinity pool and a kids' pool, which our children loved. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. However, the beach was dirty and not suitable for swimming, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with great service. Just don’t expect a swimmable beach.

As promised, im giving the review for our vacation here. We recently stayed at this lovely 4-star hotel by the beach, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had 3 nights stay here. The highlight for me was definitely the perfect sea view—waking up to the beautiful sunrise and watching the sunset from my wall window was unforgettable. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. Whether it was room service, front desk, maintenance or restaurant staff, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. While it's not quite a 5-star luxury resort, it absolutely delivered great value for the price. The location is ideal—steps from the beach and close to local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The location is excellent, not just for the beautiful seaside setting, but also for how convenient it is to get around using Grab. Whether we needed to head into town, explore nearby attractions, or find local restaurants, getting a ride was quick and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with top-notch service and amazing views! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a 4-star hotel! ?

Very nice stay. Service was great. Would be good if smaller face towels are provided. There is a similar to nespresso coffee machine in the room but doesn't come with a manual, and only with one coffee capsule. Would need a simple manual to come with this, and at least two capsules since it's a two person room. Would also be good if someone could highlight the switch for the Clean Room and Do Not Disturb button beside the door because we didn't notice that and no one came in to clean the room, which we assume the hotel would clean the room for us.
