Higher rating than I would give normally, but for the price and friendliness received here I'm not hesitant to give 4 stars. Brilliant price and not far from the Turnham Green tube station, about 20mins from Acton town center too. Facilities are decent, we were quite lucky and didn't have many neighbors but despite a polite notice not to shower between certain times we were awoken by someone who decided today was the day but, that's going to happen I guess. Breakfast is disappointing, but it's nice to have that available and save a trip to a shop or bakery in the morning.

Clean towels supplied comply clean utilities kitchen is clean both bathrooms are clean nice people shop right below. Very close to the underground. Would definitely go agein

Oh how I loved this place. Staying in a neighborhood in London. Living like a local. So amazing. Easy access to the underground! Hope one day to come back and explore more of London with this as my home base
