During my stay at Holiday Resort Lombok, I really felt the comfort of being at home. The comfortable design of the room made me feel comfortable after a full day of activity. The facilities provided are also quite complete, ranging from swimming pools to sports facilities such as gym centers and tennis courts. One of the things I like most is access near the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They're always ready to serve with a smile. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, giving me the energy to start the day.

Still can't get over how amazing our anniversary trip was at Holiday Resort Lombok! Big thanks to Mas Pandu for arranging everything so perfectly — including the beautiful bed decor that made us feel like we were on our honeymoon again, thanks to Fauzan Azima. Absolutely loved it! Everything about the place was incredible. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the huge pool, and getting to watch the sunset right from the water was pure magic. The food was delicious, and it felt so good knowing the kids had a fun space to play in the kids' area. It really made our family trip so special. Thank you so much, Holiday Resort!

Very nice resort and reasonably priced. They staff were all very friendly, the grounds were maintained extremely well, the food was delicious. The pool area is right next to the beach where I took surf lessons. I will likely extend my stay here because it was so nice. 10/10 recommend

I enjoyed my stay here - although I had just come from another resort so instantly noticed the service standard here wasn't as good. I arrived at 2pm for checkin. The room wasn't available until 3.30pm - and when I got there it had a strong smell of paint. After finally switching to another smelly room - He gave me a better one around 6.30pm. The other staff were nice though. The restaurant is hit and miss - although the breakfast has good variety. The spa was nice - especially if you book the suite that is right by the ocean. One of the things I enjoyed the most though was hanging out with the surf school team on the beach and jamming with all types of creative instruments until sunset. Also if you are anywhere near the beach front - expect to be constantly asked to buy things from the walk by vendors.

The hotel was lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean with the beach. If you are going to the beach take a pair of aqua shoes as the beach is very rocky. So take caution when swimming. Breakfast and food at the hotel was excellent. Overall definitely recommend. Improvements that could be made: 1) the rooms have no power sockets to charge your phone. We have to unplug some lamps. 2) the bed frame is very loose and makes a lot of noise even just while sleeping. 3) No light bulbs in the ceiling. Lighting was very ambient but not enough light at night time if you are looking for stuff. 4) build a lift in the lobby so luggage does not need to be carried up the stairs.
