Carburton St, London W1W 5EE, United Kingdom
I stayed here for six days with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience! Our room had two twin beds and was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning was nice, and we had a good Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was small but modern and functional, and the blackout curtains were good at keeping most light out. The hotel itself, and the breakfast area, had a really cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful, and the cleaning was always done thoroughly. Breakfast was also great. They offered a nice variety, including a full English breakfast, toast, pastries, yogurt, granola, and pancakes. The location was super convenient too. It was close to most attractions, and we always found our way back easily by spotting the BT Tower.
London 3.0 We took Two Rooms for my Family. Location is great. Breakfast team is fantastic - super attentive to all customers. I tried to be green not asking for room service and they still come in to do min upkeeping - much appreciated! Reception staff is courteous and efficient. Highly recommending this place!
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets available just off the reception area. Several lifts up to the rooms. We have stayed here before and the room we had previously seemed to be larger. Our room was ok but the rooms overlooking the road are noisy. We had the windows shut and there was constant noise from sirens and cars speeding past throughout the night. We ended up having to use earplugs to try and block it out. We did have some snacks and water left int the room which were very welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was ok but it was very busy, with queues for the hot food and the toaster’s. Good walking distance to Regent’s park, where we went to see a show at the Open Air Theatre and also close to the tube to get further afield. We used the car park next to the hotel- it is pricey and very tight spaces but no issues.
Ive stayed here once before years ago. The hotel is close to the Great Portland Street tube station. Making getting around London easier. The room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom was on the small size though. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food on offer. We watched the football in the bar area and had pizza. I would come here again. Nice staff here and we stored our bag after we checked out.
