Very clean and everyone was very willingly to help. Always a person at the front desk. Free parking and free breakfast which was nice. The breakfast was a delicious European spread and Lucerne was about a 15-20 minute drive away.

Green fields around the hotel welcomes you. Hotel lobby is bright and vibrant with restaurant, bar and washrooms. Rooms are amazing and my view from the room is good, temperature well maintained and kettle is provided in the room. Washrooms amenities and sufficient and quality ones. Beside the hotel there’s COOP store to buy immediate needs. Overall two nights stay was comfortable.

Excellent service with a staff which was very accommodating following a pediatric illness. Quiet location near Lucerne and Zug, with a nearby gas station, convenience store, and park in the countryside, one side of the hotel having a clear view of Mount Pilatus, and the other with a view of farmhouses, a field, and a forest. Clean, functional rooms with all of the amenities that you would expect. Beds, unfortunately, are poor, with thin mattresses over a wooden frame.
