Very good experience and fantastic service on the board. We took the cruise with train and the cable car. One of the best experience of seeing nature at its best. The view was awesome. As we went train went uphill we experienced different weather. Starting with sunny day at the bottom mountain to snow storm on the top of the mountain.

Last week we had a big roundtrip on the lake of Lucerne with my team colleagues. The idea was to work on the boat and to reach Flüelen for lunch and to return to Lucerne with a later boat. It was interesting to see how diverse the employees in the various restaurants can treat customers. Whereas most of them were stressed out and not really friendly towards the customers, there was one lady, called Marisa on the boat from Flüelen to Lucerne, she was a jewel. Permanently smiling and friendly, helpful and very speedy. My five cents for the ladies who could learn from Marisa, what customer service really means... if you do not like your job, find and do something else. Because when people go on such a boat, which is not really cheap, they want a friendly face of people who work on such a boat because they love the boat, the view, the customers and especially serving people. If you cannot agree on this, please find something that makes you happy and do not harm the Schifffahrtsgesellschaft. Do not forget, you are the face of Switzerland, people will remember your attitude and not the taste of the coffee you serve. I hope this message reaches you.

What a wonderful experience it was raining and we decided to go on this tour. Beautiful and enjoyable. It was quiet and we enjoyed every minute of it. The crew was super friendly and the boat ⛴️ luxurious and pleasant to stay in for about 6 hours. We are going to do this more often just to take in the magic scenery and relax

We took the scheduled boat from Gersau to Lucerne and back. We paid CHF 202.00 for two 1st class tickets. That's too much! The selection of drinks and snacks is very small and expensive. With a journey time of over 2 hours each way, I expect something proper to eat. I wouldn't do it again.
