For Hong Kong Standards this is a good hotel. The rooms are huge for Hong Kong with a table, chair and plenty of room to move around. Same goes for the bathroom. However, the hotel is old and could use some upgrades. The furniture is from the 90s and so is the equipment (e.g. no outlets near the bed and only one plug with a charging station). We were upgraded to a room with a little kitchen but nothing worked. Kettle, micromave and fridge were all broken. So keep that in mind if you consider spending more for the room with the kitchen. Service could also be better. They are charge for everything. 150ml of water is 5 HKD, printing a visa page - you also have to pay. Overall, for Hong Kong standards a good place. Compared to other places in the world - not great for what you pay.

Stayed in this hotel with my family in early June 2025, we travelled with 2 children and our nanny. It was a fantastic base to explore Hong Kong. We had interconnecting rooms with a Harbour view. The staff were pleasant and very welcoming. The location is great to Quarry Bay Metro were you can reach Admiralty Station or HK Central to go anywhere. Alternatively, you can use the trams, bus and even Ferry which are all accessible from within 5 minutes of this hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and maintained to a very good standard. The housekeeping staff were so friendly.

Look, I am giving this 5 stars. Not because it’s a 5 star hotel- more like 3.5 star, but it’s excellent value and I get the same amazing Victoria harbour views for 1/2 the cost I pay at nearby centric. It’s also very handy to exit C3 of quarry bay mrt. Rooms are big and clean.

Came on a very busy holiday week in China. But the check in although took a while was still done in an orderly fashion. I was willing to wait whilst housekeeping prepared my room and the check-in staff were nice to give me a high floor with an amazing view. Hotel rooms were recently renovated bringing it a modernised appearance. Could do with more sockets near the bedside though. Surprised this place has a large pool and gym too !
