Friendly service. Rooms are dated but clean. Complimentary tea and coffee and basic toiletries. Rooms are not very sound proof but we had good experience. Housekeeping provided. Location is unbeatable, central to everything you need including the lovely lake and halal restaurants. Thank you for the early check in. Recommended.

This is a budget hotel right in the old quarter. It is literally just a door crammed between other doors, so it was easily missed. It has an elevator to the 5th floor and you use stairs up to a couple of rooms on the 6th floor. The floors in the center of the building are old marble and it was obviously made with good construction styles years ago. For a budget hotel, it was clean and seemed to be well maintained but definitely showing its age. My air conditioner heat setting didn't seem to work and the weather was surprisingly cool and rainy so I was a bit cold. As a budget hotel, I would recommend it and as that, I give a low 4 star rating

The family room we stayed in was big and clean, although some furnishings look tired. There is also some noise which can be heard from the elevators as well. Hotel staff were also friendly and welcoming too. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable hotel, at great value, for our stay in Hanoi. Visited in April 2025.
