My wife and I stayed here at the weekend for three nights and what great hotel. We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome, although early the hotel was happy to look after our bags till we could check in. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well kept, staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother. The room was clean and comfortable, well laid out and most importantly had a really good shower. Breakfast was included and had a huge array of food on offer, something to suit all tastes. Location of this hotel is also brilliant, the local area has plenty going on and the tube is a short walk away. Due to go back to London in November and will be looking at this hotel as our first choice of accommodation. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, keep up the good work, it is really appreciated.
Me and my mom have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were really clean and lots of space to place your luggage. The showers are amazing and the beds are great to sleep on. Breakfast is tasty and has a lot of options to choose from. Even waffles! Yeafi did a really good job keeping every clean and also chatting with us about our stay. Really added to the morning atmosphere. The staff in general is really kind and helps you when you have complications.
I’ve been to London four times, and I stayed at this hotel on three of those occasions — that should tell you how satisfied I am. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s about 200 meters from Aldgate underground station. We had no issues at all with transportation. The rooms are compact, clean, and modern. In some hotels, especially if the bathrooms are old, I find myself staring at the ceiling just to avoid looking at the corners — but not here. Everything is spotless. The beds are comfortable, and the room service is very good. The staff are incredibly polite. So polite and sweet, in fact, that it feels like you’re in a warm Mediterranean country rather than in the UK. The breakfast is quite good. They even have a fresh salad in the morning with plenty of greens, tomatoes, and olives — perfect for someone like me who eats healthily. My only criticism is that in previous years, the croissants were more delicious, and the potato hash browns used to be triangle-shaped and crispier — they tasted better back then. This time, they were a bit bland. All in all, this is the hotel I’ll choose again if I come back to London. Highly recommended.
My family and I stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. As Hilton Diamond members, we’ve visited many Hilton properties, and this one certainly met our expectations. We had two adjoining rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated being in this area, away from the main tourist crowds, while still having convenient access to the city. The Aldgate East Underground station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. There was also offered plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a great stay—we’d gladly return.
Great location near the train and close to all of the tourist sites. Very easy to get around, and the neighborhood is charming with local Mom and Pop restaurants, and even an art gallery. Staff is super friendly, including Yeafi who I chatted with at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, there is a good variety of options. Clean rooms, and helpful staff. Overall, would stay here again without a doubt!
