I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport, and I must say, the hospitality from Neli, Ona, and Ira made my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Ona went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always available to assist with a caring and genuine attitude. Each of them provided outstanding customer service, making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable throughout my stay. The kindness and attentiveness from these three wonderful individuals truly made all the difference. I highly recommend Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport for anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience. Absolutely outstanding!

We stayed a night before our flight to Flores and it was a great surprise. The entrance was welcoming with a nice security and reception. They gave us clear instructions and rules to manage our expectations. The room was small but had all amenities we needed, it was clean and cosy. The restaurant Aspice was casual and served breakfast lunch and dinner with a view to the pool. There is also a spa which we didn’t try but would next time we visit and wait for the flight. Being next to a fast almost highway lane they succeeded in making it quiet and serene place.

We stayed at Grandmas twice on our journey through Indonesia. It is perfectly located to the airport, main reason for booking it. For the price we were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is great, nice pool, and the staff is beyond amazing. Some of the best customer service we have had on our 7 months traveling through Asia. To top it all off, the best rated spa in all of Kuta is located in the hotel. We splurged our last day and it was totally worth it!! 3 hours of pampering for less than $30 a person. What a way to end our travels, it was ideal!! We will definitely return!

Stayed here after a late flight, it’s 10 minute drive from the airport very conveniently located. The staff on our (late night) arrival were so helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable very good value for money as a short stop from or to the airport. The hotel has a pool, spa and restaurant we had breakfast in the morning which included a juice, tea/coffee and 1 selection which was very large and varied. Would definitely stay here again
