Nice, large and really well equipped place with good health bed, comfortable working table, kitchenette that works The rather old and very well kept upscale place is the best I’ve seen and stayed in in Hanoi the last years. Really plus: a kitchenette with everything, even three kitchen knives for veggies, meet and fruits! A high eating table with two high chairs also useful to use for cooking, to use for helping a student with homework or for discussing a project with a partner. Really plus: A working desk, rather large, enough space for legs under the desk, comfy office chair, drawers with rolls. A large sideboard to put whatever you like to have around. Large Wardrobe, comfortable sofa. Windows with view. Unfortunately - due to upholstering - I was moved to another Cau Giay place from Granda. Stayed serveral times in 2019, and Feb-March 2020.

Nice place, fair price, i reccommend this place over hotels. Nice service.

Rooms are clean, induction and utensils are provided to cook, laundry is free, balcony has a lake view, staff is cooperative. The only problem is that its a bit far from old quarters.

Nice room, very clean. Staff didn't speak English but communicated well enough via Google Translate. Didn't have a scenic view at all. Rather, my window opened to the view of a wall. Loudly heard the activities of the guests in the other rooms nearby. That was annoying! Sometimes, I put music on to ignore the noise. Overall, the space was very comfortable. The location left a lot to be desired. The service was okay.

Super value for money. Room sizes are great. Free laundry services so it’s perfect for a long stay. I stayed here for 20 days and this time for 14 days. Lake view facing room has got pretty view !
