New hotel (as of November 2018). Half the place was still under renovation. Hotel was clean and has all the basic amenities included. Laundry is offered as a free daily service if you stay for more than one night. Good selection of english TV channels as well. On the downside, The sink/plumbing is a bit smelly, and the location is far from the city center. Overall, great value for the price. Deluxe room was 500k per night, which has a double bed, sofa bed and basic kitchen.

Staff were lovely and very helpful especially in the laundry room. We were disturbed in the morning by a drum show in the street which has nothing to do with the hotel but still affected our stay. Not much to do at night around the streets but the bath was nice.
