The rooms were clean, though you need to request housekeeping while you’re present in the room. The elevators worked perfectly, which was great given the number of floors. I particularly appreciated the mosque on the 4th floor, offering a beautiful view of the clock tower. The hotel’s location is convenient, being near the Masjid al-Haram, though not as close as Abraj Al-Safwa. The dining service was decent, but the food didn’t quite match my taste, as I prefer Maghreb and European cuisine. However, that’s a personal preference and not a fault of the hotel.
