Alhamdulillah A wonderful place for us as our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH had born there. But the authority should allow the visitors to see inside the library.

Makkah Al Mukarramah Library is a library near the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Since it is believed to stand on the spot where the Islamic prophet Muhammad was born, it is also known as Bayt al-Mawlid .

During my recent time in Makkah, I passed by this historic library every day. Built in 1370, it now stands near a bus station, blending history with modern life. My ustaz told me this is the very spot where Prophet Muhammad was born. Subhanallah... A simple building, but a powerful reminder of our beloved Prophet’s blessed arrival into this world.

The Makkah Al Mukarramah Library, located near Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, is believed to be the birthplace of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Though modest in appearance, the library houses a vast collection of rare Islamic manuscripts, Qur'anic texts, and scholarly works. A visit here offers both a spiritual reflection and a glimpse into the rich legacy of Islamic knowledge and history.
