We stayed in the Premier Suite for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, assisting us with all our questions during check-in. We had a minor issue on our first night, as the pillows appeared to have some mould. Given the consistently humid weather, we understood how it could happen and simply just requested new pillows. The duty manager accompanied the housekeeping staff to our room apologised, and brought us new pillows. We truly appreciated their prompt response and professionalism. The lounge was lovely, occasionally busy during breakfast and afternoon tea, which was expected. We usually had a late breakfast, so it wasn’t an issue for us. When we went for the afternoon snacks yesterday, we were initially advised to sit at the bar as all the couch areas were taken. However, the staff quickly arranged a couch areas for us as soon as one became available. A big thank you to the lounge staff for being so accommodating and attentive. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return!

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is ideal. Right by a fabulous mall and close to the metro. The room was very well appointed, a good size and a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was quite something! Amazing selection and very good food! I will come back to this hotel next time I visit Taipei!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s modern, in a great location, and offered an amazing view of Taipei 101. The room was also extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous—it made a great first impression and added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. One morning, we decided to try the buffet breakfast, and we’re so glad we did. The spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of both Western and Eastern options to satisfy every craving. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Taipei!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei in the One King Bed Suite. The room was incredibly spacious—perfect for our family with a toddler. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms and a large main bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, which made bath time so much easier. The separate living room gave us plenty of space to relax, and one of the unexpected highlights was the toddler-friendly play area on the fifth floor—such a thoughtful amenity for families traveling with young kids. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge, which had a nice variety of options to start the day. The evening happy hour was a lovely bonus, offering snacks and light refreshments in a comfortable setting. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient—right next to Taipei 101 with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The only minor issue we had was that the TV signal occasionally cut out, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a spacious and well-located stay in Taipei!

1/2025 I'm sorry this took me so long to post. I had the opportunity to stay here just after the holidays. It is truly a beautiful hotel with wonderful employees who are professional, friendly, and so gracious. It is very conveniently located next to the city's central focus, Taipei 101. There is a street food market located within walking distance and you can easily access other food markets via taxi or metro. Pei Yu at the front desk made the best impression and set the tone for our stay. She was so helpful, courteous and informative. Tom, the bartender at Cheers was always welcoming, friendly, and hardworking along with his manager Amber. The breakfast buffet was overwhelmingly sumptuous, plentiful and delicious. The staff was so great too. Without a doubt, this is the hotel you want to be at when visiting Taipei. It's definitely worth it!!! ??✌️
