GLAD Mapo is extremely convenient in terms of location, presence of a 7/11 convenience store in the lobby, and a handy WOWPass machine for transit and currency conversion. The face that the airport train line goes directly to the station in front of the hotel was awesome too. The room was very clean, and had a comfortable bed and a large shower. Gratefully it also had a very comfortable chair and the room was very quiet. This is a busy hotel, and the lobby is sometimes a bit crowded and chaotic. My only negative surprised me given positive reviews about the staff. I felt they were efficient but not particularly friendly. They rarely smiled and I didn't feel particularly welcomed. But overall I found my stay to be very comfortable and convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was okay. The 7/11 at the lobby came in handy a lot! And the metro is right next to it. I recommend.

Stayed here for 7 nights and overall very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing — exactly what I was looking for. Service was great throughout my stay, and the location is super convenient, being right above Gongdeok Station with easy access to multiple subway lines and the airport train. There are plenty of food options around the area since it’s a working district, though I wouldn’t say there are many must-try spots nearby. That said, having a 7-11 right in the hotel lobby was a lifesaver for late-night snack runs — just note that fresh items like gimbap and sandwiches tend to sell out pretty early. The room itself was cozy and comfortable — perfect for resting after a long day out. Just a small heads-up: toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, so remember to bring your own. Overall, a great stay — would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort!

A very good hotel. Lobby is located at level 9. Stayed at level 15. The room is spacious, neat. The bed is super cozy and comfortable. Around the area there is 7-11, convenience store, many restaurants. The train station is located right below. It’s direct train from Incheon Airport about 1 hour. The room comes with a free adapter and wire to charge your phone. Wifi connection is great. Overall a good hotel. Will book again if I come back to Seoul.
