Stayed here 2 nights and I couldn’t be happier. I think I booked the best room in the hotel with nice balcony overlooking the Melaka river. The view at night is particularly beautiful. The room is decorated antique style but bathroom is very modern with enclosed shower (unlike many Malaysian hotel have partial or no shower screen). I can see some rooms are small without window but my room (209) was really lovely. If you want to stay in the heart of Melaka old town, this is the place. Jonker street, Dutch square, St Paul’s church, A Famosa, Museum samudera, Melaka Sultanate Palace Museum are all within short walking distance. Highly recommend.

Lovely interiors in the room and it was perfect for even solo travelers like me. Safe and peaceful, soundproofing was good despite my room was beside the stairs.Staff were helpful and nice too. They will greet you and respectful. It was a comfortable stay indeed. Highly recommended and definitely will be a great choice again when I visit Melaka.

I chose a room that faced out onto the road behind which had a lovely balcony with furniture and views of the river. Lovely quaint hotel in a shophouse. with great decor harking back to older times and a great vibe. Everything worked and the bed was comfy. Great location close to Red Square, Jonkers St and the river. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful

A very good boutique hotel, staff very friendly. No food or beverage service. Extremely clean rooms and public areas. Fine for a short stay as walking distance to Jonker etc.
